Learning, Cognition, Mnemonic Capabilities


We define, and present, a Theory for Cognition and Learning based on fundamental mnemonic capabilities of a) Negation, b) Repetition, c) Bifurcation, d) Homogeneous Combination, and e) Heterogeneous Combination. We present our theory using linear strings of binary and show a process of incremental learning.
